Jan Kerch, Executive Director and Lead Teacher Mrs. Kerch IS Discovery Preschool. Her energy and her ability to connect with children, combined with a sound educational background and a creative curriculum, instill in Discovery students an eagerness to learn and a willingness to listen. Her reputation as a teacher and a leader is unparalleled. She has been a teacher at Discovery Preschool for 18 years, or as she likes to put it, since she was 12 years old.

Lea Salas, Teacher Lea Salas joined Discovery Preschool in early 2006. Discovery is proud to welcome Lea to our team. She brings a wealth of knowledge from raising her two daughters, the youngest of which is a Discovery Preschool Alum. |
Patty Zeismer, Teacher Ms. Zeismer (pronounced ZEEZ-mer) ran her own in-home daycare for four years prior to joining Discovery in 2005. She has two school-age daughters who both attended Discovery Preschool and loved the program. |
